The City of Harrison has completed several neighborhood street improvements in 2025, including resurfacing, signage updates, and safety enhancements across multiple areas. These projects are part of the City’s multi-year effort to maintain reliable roads as funding and resources allow.
Paving work is now complete on the following neighborhood streets:
Meadowgreen Drive
Circle Drive
Evans Court
Suncrest Court
Burke Lane
Mackie Lane
Weathervane Lane
Hillside Avenue
Signage Updates & Parking Change
The City is also updating street signage on Circle Drive. The existing “No Parking” sign will be moved to the opposite side of the street between 218 and 150 Circle Drive to support better traffic flow and ensure safe access for service and emergency vehicles.
Ongoing Work on Dair Avenue
On Dair Avenue, the City is replacing signage and monitoring underground water conditions. The final surface course will be applied next spring to ensure that no additional water issues develop over the winter.

Public Works Director Andy Seiter said these neighborhood projects reflect the City’s ongoing commitment to maintaining safe, reliable streets in established neighborhoods while also planning for long-term infrastructure needs. Each year, as conditions, data, and available funding are reviewed, the City prioritizes improvements that best serve Harrison residents and businesses.

These neighborhood improvements are part of Harrison’s broader, long-term investment in infrastructure, including roads, utilities, and public spaces, which support a safe and connected community.
